A 34-year-old Iuka man has been charged in Marion County Court with felony failure to register as a sex offender.
Damien Stanford of Camp Street is accused of failure to register within one year after his last date of registration. He was arrested by Iuka Police on Monday.
Stanford was released on standard pretrial release. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 2nd. A public defender was appointed to represent him.
