The Centralia Annies improved to 15-2 as they beat Flora on the road 7-4. The Annies trailed 4-3 in the top of the sixth but gained the lead on RBI from Kaylee Bowdler and Kinsley Hawthorne as well as 2 runs driven in by Mackenzie Perez. Hawthorne also homered in the game. Emrie Quick continued to throw well this season. She gave up 4 runs on 7 innings with 6 strikeouts. The Annies will play Mt Vernon in 2 big South 7 games next week. The Annies softball team will host Columbia for a double header.
