Salem Police have arrested a 35-year-old homeless man for criminal trespass to a residence and criminal damage to property after he was allegedly found sleeping Monday night in a shed in the 500 block of North Shelby.
Police say Patrick Dulaney damaged the door to the shed to gain entry.
Dulaney was taken to the Marion County Jail where he was later released on a notice to appear in court.
