A 59-year-old Sandoval resident has been charged in Marion County Court with felony criminal trespass to a residence in the 100 block of Vine Street in Sandoval for allegedly entering a home with a person present.
Gail Williams of North Main was also charged with misdemeanor battery for striking the resident in the arm and misdemeanor criminal damage to property for allegedly breaking a window at the residence.
Sandoval Police arrested Williams on April 14th.
A preliminary hearing in the case is set for May 26th at 11am
There was no request to hold Williams, who was released on pre-trial conditions including no contact with the alleged victim.
