The Wildcats try to get their first Cahokia win of the year when they travel to East Alton Wood River this afternoon.

 

The Mt Vernon Rams are at home in South 7 play against Carbondale.  Centralia is at home against Cahokia.  Christ Our Rock is at Zeigler Royalton.

 

Yesterday, North Clay shutout Wayne City 7-0.  Cayden Craig and Ben Czyzewski each pitched in the win for the Cardinals.  Cooper Lewis, Carder Walden and Jack Compton had 2 hits each with Walden and Trenton Ingram driving in 2 runs each.

 

Aiden Hoover went 3-4 as South Central beat Odin/Patoka/Sandoval 11-1.  OPS scored first on an RBI double from Drew Haines in the first, but SC answered back win 3 in their half with a 2 run double from Hoover and Kaiden Harrell drew a bases loaded walk.  Sebastian Kruger and Hoover each drove in 3 runs.  Luke Shumate and Ryker Dodson had multiple hits for SC.  Brady Cain, Haines and Kody Burkes had hits for OPS.
