Okawville won the Class M SIJHSAA State Volleyball Tournament on Saturday at Nashville High School.
They beat Trico in the finals 25-16, 25-15 to claim the big trophy. Okawville opened the tournament with a 25-8, 25-10 win over Goreville and then beat Woodlawn in the semifinals 25-17, 25-16.
Woodlawn won their opening match over Pontiac 25-8, 25-11 before falling to the 3rd place match where they would beat Pinckneyville 25-20, 25-15 to finish their season with a win.
