Undefeated SWIC Heads To Women’s Nationals

The SWIC Blue Storm women’s basketball team will play at the NJCAA D1 Women’s National Tournament after winning their region last week and improving their record to an amazing 31-0 on the season.  They will be the 18 seed at the Townsley Law Arena in Lake Charles, Louisiana for the tournament that runs March 24-31.  SWIC will open up against 15^th seed Grayson with the winner getting 2^nd seed Eastern Arizona.  The team includes Sophia Hoffman of Carlyle and Centralia’s Jalea Shered.
