Salem’s Bre Thurman continued to throw well for John A Logan softball as they had a double header at Frontier Community College. Bre would enter out of the bullpen in Game 2 as she came into the game in the 4th inning when FCC was making a push to get back into the game down 5-1. After giving up a single to the first hitter she faced to load the bases, she induced a pop out. Then with the tying run at the plate, she got a huge strikeout and then worked out of trouble in her second inning of work and cruised the final two innings.
