Centralia City Firemen say a Centralia woman received serious burns to her hands and arms when spilling a pan of burning oil as she tried to get it out of her house.
Ericka Trone of Agape Drive was cooking when the oil caught fire. She was successful in getting the pan outside without the fire spreading to the home.
Trone was transported to SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital for treatment of injuries.
The fire call came in around two Sunday afternoon.
