Congratulations to St Anthony on winning the IESA 7-2a championship beating West Central 31-21 handing them their only loss of the season. St Anthony joins the TTown 7th grade boys and girls on winning state this season.
Effingham St Anthony beat Normal Epiphany 46-31 in the semifinals, and they defeated Decatur Robinson by the same identical score of 46-31 in the quarterfinal round. The IESA 7th Grade Class 2A State Tournament was played at Macon Meridian High School, near Decatur.
