The SIJHSAA Class S state quarterfinals at Rend Lake College are today. At 3:30, Albers-Damiansville plays New Simpson Hill, Meridian and New Hope at 4:45, Holy Childhood Mascoutah and St Peter & Paul Waterloo at 6pm and Summesrville takes on TSJ Nashville at 7:15.
Yesterday was the Class L state quarterfinals. DuQuoin nipped Flora 40-38, Herrin over Harrisburg 50-47, Wesclin over Belle Valley 47-20 and Hamilton County 52-28 over Belleville West. The semifinals will be tomorrow at noon and 1:15.
