Mater Dei: The Mater Dei Boys Christmas Tournament opens up today. At 11, Orchard Farm takes on Father McGivney followed at 12:30 with Mascoutah and Christ Our Rock and then St Charles West and Nashville will play at 2pm.
The night session will see Father McGivney and Mater Dei at 5:30, Christ Our Rock and Breese Central at 7 and then Highland and Wesclin at 8:30.
Dieterich: South Central will open up play at the Dieterich Holiday Tournament today with a pair of games. They will play Grayville at 1 and then Sullivan at 5:30.
The tournament starts at 11:30 with Dieterich and Ramsey, then at 2:30 it’s Robinson and Grayville with Dieterich and Red Hill the final game of the day at 7pm.
Eldorado: The 61st Eldorado Tournament starts at 8:30 with top-seed Carterville playing Carmi, at 10 its 8th seed NCOE and Edwards County with 4th seed Fairfield and West Frankfort playing at 11:30. 5th seed Hamilton County will play Gallatin County at 1:45, 3rd seed Herrin will play Hardin County with Harrisburg and 6th seed Vienna at 4:45. 7th seed Anna and Eldorado at 7pm and then 3rd seed Massac County and Carrier Mills at 8:30.
Sesser: the 43rd Sesser Valier Holiday Tournament opens today as well. At 3pm its 4th seed Altamont taking on #5 New Athens. Top-seed Waltonville will play Marissa at 4:30, 3rd seed DuQuoin takes on Sesser Valier at 6pm and then 2nd seed Goreville plays Red Bud at 7:30.
Vandalia: The 53rd Vandalia Holiday Tournament starts at 10am with Cumberland and Macon Meridian, Nokomis and Greenville at 11:30, Pana and Shelbyville at 1, Vandalia plays Greenville at 4:30, Shelbyville and Cumberland at 6. Nokomis finishes the day with Flora at 7:30.
Carlinville: The 59th Carlinville Tournament opens with 3rd seed Calhoun taking on Hillsboro at 1:30, 4th seed Bunker Hill plays Litchfield at 3, top-seed Staunton and Gillespie tip off at 4:30 and then 2nd seed Carlinville will play Wood River at 7:30.
