Christ Our Rock came back to beat Odin/Patoka Saturday in Centralia 54-51. Landyn Mitchell led the way with 17 points and Jaitlen White added 15. Patoka/Odin was led by Lincoln Roberts with 21, Kody Burks 13 and Brady Cain 11. Christ Our Rock improves to 2-5 while the Mohawks fall to 5-4.
Mater Dei knocked off state ranked Pinckneyville in Breese on Saturday 65-63 in overtime. With the game tied in the final second’s freshman Roman Zambrecia drove to the lane and got a bucket with 2.9 seconds left for the win.
#1 team in 1a the Woodlawn Cardinals stayed undefeated over the weekend with an easy win over Red Hill 72-41.
