In Class S, Iuka fell to Cisne in their semifinal 7-4 despite outhitting Cisne 8-4. Iuka’s lone 8th grader Kenzie Collier reached 211 strikeouts this season. Briella Wodkta added 2 hits along with Collier at the plate.
Franklin Park dropped their Class L softball regional championship to host Carlyle 11-1. Josey Gibson drove in the lone Salem run. Bre Pennypacker and McKinleigh Parker both added hits. Macy Canon struck out 7 in relief.
