The Lady Wildcats tennis team continues to play well as they beat Triad 5-4. Varsity singles wins came from Ella Robinson, Maddie Keserauskis, Katee Sellers and Samantha Alli. The team of Keserauskis and Robinson won their doubles match. Salem will host Benton on Tuesday and Herrin Thursday before heading to the Herrin Tournament a week from Saturday.
The Carterville Lady Lions got their first ever girls tennis win as they beat Centralia 7-2. The tennis program was started this season.
