Lady Bobcats Fall To Vandalia
The Franklin Park Lady Bobcats is at St Mary’s coming off a 2-1 loss at home to Vandalia yesterday. Brinn Detmer struck out 8 in the circle and had 2 hits on the day. MKinleigh Parker drove in the Salem run as she singled along with Kaylee Carroll, Macy Canon, Bre Pennypacker, Josey Gibson and Skylar Gaston.
Phelps & Carbaugh Lead Patoka To Win
Patoka defeated Sandoval 12-3 as Mabree Phelps struck out 11. She gave up 7 hits and 3 runs over 6 innings. Gentry Carbaugh led Patoka with 3 hits. Phelps added 2 hits and a run. Jessa Thalman added 2 hits and drove in 2 as well for Patoka. Jamirah Hortan led Sandoval with 2 hits. Patoka will travel to South Central today.
