The SC Lady Falcons improved to 2-0 on the softball season as they beat Sigel St Michael on the road 16-1. Skylar Webster and Rya Sidwell both homered with Webster going 3-3 with 3 runs scored and 3 RBI to go along with her 5-inning complete game 1-hitter where she struck out 7. Lexy Garrett drove in 3 runs as well with 2 RBI from Alexa Gile. Also tallying RBI were Claire Chasteen, Bella McDowell and Tessa Yates.
O’Fallon Carriel edged Edwardsville Liberty 7-6 with a walk off hit in the eighth inning.
