The Selmaville Rockets joined Franklin Park and Patoka for a track meet at SCHS yesterday.  Salem won the boys meet with 119 points followed by Selmaville with 51 and Patoka 1.

Leading the boys team, Podergois and Wimberly were 1-2 in the shot, Nix and Tate in the discus, Keaton Gullion won the long jump with Selmaville’s Owen Becker 2nd, Ryegan Warren won the high jump, Cooper Lobek the Pole Vault with Keytin King 2nd, Patten won the hurdles with Warren 2nd and Kyler Sapp of Selmaville 3rd, Paten, Casburn and Avery Gullion were 1-2-3 in the varsity 400m, Trey Clark won the 6th grade 100, Angel Salgoado the 7th grade 100 and Huggins & Inlow went 1-2 in the varsity 100.  Robbie Shober and Alex Spencer were 1-2 in the 800, Salgado and Keaton Gullion were 1-2 in the varsity 200.  Salem also won all of the relays.

The Girls event Salem had 119, Selmaville 49 and Patoka 0.

Leading the girls were Engle and Smith 1-2 in the shot with Selmaville’ Natalie Lee 3rd, Balgoue and Smith were 1-2 in the disucs, Collier won the long jump with Selmaville’s Lauren Burge 2nd, Puricelli won the high jump with Burge 2nd and Kylee Garrison 3rd, Bandy and Hays 1-2 in the pole vault, Bullard and Brubaker in the hurdles, Purcelli and Kessler in the 400, Laird and Bryan in the mile, Brylee Pennypacker won the sixth grade 100, Collier won the 8th grade 100, Laird won the 800 with Purcicelli and Bullard going 1-2 in the 200.  Salem also won all the relays.
