The KC Softball team is in action today at Morton starting game one of that double header at 2pm. The Blue Angels are coming off a sweep of SWIC. KC won the opener 6-1. Shelby Houchlei was the winning pitcher. At the plate, Mayci Wilderman homered and drove in 2, Josie Grunloh went 3-3 with a double, triple and RBI.
In the 2nd game, Makayla Lane was the winning pitcher in an 18-0 blowout. Wilderman added 2 more homers and 4 RBI, Brooklynn Smith had 3 hits including a homer and drove in 5, Rylee Langendorf homered, Lauren Brown also homered with 3 RBI and Grunloh had 3 more hits and an RBI.
