The South Central Lady Cougars knocked off Christ Our Rock in 3 sets winning the opener 25-16, falling 24-26 and then bouncing back for the 25-19 victory in the final set. Sydnee Garrett had 10 kills and 15 digs, Halle Smith added 14 kills and 7 digs, Zada Reynolds 15 assists and Madyson Magnus 13. SC improves to 6-3 on the season.
The JV improved to 5-4 with their 25-10, 25-18 win and the Fresh/Soph won 25-14, 25-22 to improve to 5-2-and-1. SC will be off for Spring Break and will be back in action a week from today at home against Ramsey.
Tonight Salem returns to action at home with Freeburg while Centralia hosts Woodlawn.
