The KC Blue Devils honored their sophomores on Saturday and then beat Olney Central College 82-77 to improve to 15-13 on the season. Jerrod Mackey had 30 for KC in the win. Terrell Galbreath added 13 and Lyonel Hodges 11. OCC got 24 from Aviyon Morris and 22 from Jahlil Bethea. The Blue Devils will play at #7 ranked Vincennes University tomorrow.
Freshman Nevontae Nesbit dropped a game high 31 points to lead Rend Lake to an 82-78 win over Shawnee in their final regular season game. Rolen Adams had a key bucket as well. The Warriors finish 8-8 in the GRAC and 16-14 overall. They will open up postseason Tuesday night hosting Lewis & Clark.
The Lady Warriors will start things off at 5pm with their final home game against Olney Central.
