The Mt Vernon Lady Rams won their own 3a regional on Saturday beating conference rival Carbondale 64-54. It was the 5th straight regional title for Mt Vernon. They will advance to Tuesday’s Bethalto Sectional where they will play Effingham. The hosts take on Marion in the other semifinal.
In 1a Sectionals on Tuesday, St Anthony will play the hosts at Arcola and Okawville will play Calhoun at Raymond.
In 2a, TTown takes on the hosts at Paris and over at Wesclin on Tuesday, Breese Central takes on Harrisburg and Nashville plays Vienna.
