The Kaskaskia College Blue Devils fell to Southwestern Illinois Community College in Wednesday night play, 79 to 40. KC was led by Traeveion Jones with 21. Chris White added 13, Shomari Tillett 12, and Chauncey Hughes 11. SWIC was led by Patrick Evans with 15. The loss drops KC to 6 and 7 overall and 3-6 in the conference. KC plays at Wabash Valley at three Saturday afternoon.
The Kaskaskia College Blue Angels put together their first two-game winning streak since Coach Jay Jenkins arrived with a 65 to 62 win over SWIC Wednesday night. Kaskaskia was led by Megan Kronk with 21 points and Malea Lovelace with 11. KC improves to 4 and 9 overall and 3 and 6 in the conference.
