The Highland Girls Tournament continued last night as #1 ranked Breese Central was upset by O’Fallon 57-46 in the semifinal. On the consolation side, Chatham Glenwood knocked off Carlyle 60-52 dropping the Lady Indians to 18-5 and Belleville East over Triad 53-32.
The tournament continues tonight first with the 5th place bracket semifinals as Edwardsville will take on Highland at 5pm followed by TTown and Civic Memorial at 6:30 and then at 8pm the final game of the day is Nashville against Mater Dei for a trip to the finals.
