Tonight is the first semifinal of the Highland Girls Tournament sponsored by Apex Network Physical Therapy. At 8pm Breese Central will take on O’Fallon for a trip to Saturday’s finals after a pair of consolation semifinal games will start at 5 with Glenwood taking on Carlyle followed by Triad and Belleville East.
Last night, Nashville advanced to the Final Four with their 47-31 win over Teutopolis and Mater Dei held off Civic Memorial 40-36. In the consolation bracket, Centralia lost to Belleville East 51-31 and Triad eliminated Collinsville 44-40.
