A 48-year-old Mt. Vernon man has been arrested by Jefferson County Sheriff’s Deputies on multiple counts in what started as a report of violation of an order of protection.
Michael Glenn was taken into custody at a home in the 21,000 block of North Tolle Lane in rural Texico. Due to evidence found, Glenn had additional charges added to the initial violation of an order of protection. He was also arrested for possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of under five grams of meth, and armed violence.
Glenn was transported to the Jefferson County Jail pending a decision on formal charges and a first appearance in court.
