The Franklin Park Bobcats earned their first win of the season beating overmatched Opdyke-Belle Rive 47-31.  Noah Nix led Salem with 16 points and 8 rebounds to lead all scorers.  The JV earned a 50-6 victory with Morgan Mickens putting in 11 and Angel Salgado adding 9.  The Bobcats return to action tonight when they travel to unbeaten Raccoon for a 5:30 JV start.  The game can be seen via the Raccoon School facebook page.

Also last night, Rome beat Irvington North Wamac 46-36.  Jace Bodine led the Eagles with 14, Zerek Koch finished with 10 and Devin Konhorst 8.

Patoka beat Odin 55-32 behind 23 from Tyler Huffman and 21 from Kaden Williams.  Patoka is 3-2.  Odin won the JV game 26-22.

Sandoval beat Willow Grove 69-20.  Quentin Heinzman scored 19, Jeron Andrews and Drew Gore 14 each.  Sandoval is off until tomorrow when they host Franklin Park.

Also today, Patoka is at St Peter, South Central hosts Sacred Heart, Irvington/North Wamac is at St Mary’s/New Horizon, Iuka hosts Field, Selmaville is at Odin.
