Marion County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested a 25-year-old Salem man for criminal trespass to railroad property after he was found walking along the Union Pacific Tracks near Robin and CJ Heck Road southeast of Salem Tuesday afternoon.  A nearby resident became concerned when Dustin Ferrell of Warmoth Street began walking the tracks after a ride request was rejected.  Deputies say they were concerned because Ferrell appeared to be under the influence.

Salem Police arrested a 25-year-old Salem man for violation of pretrial release.  Dillan Brown of North Trenary allegedly went to a home where he was not allowed.  When he could not be found in the home, everyone was removed and canine Sivka entered and alerted on the bathroom.   When the bathroom closet was opened, Brown was located.  He came out without incident only asking that they keep the dog from biting him.   Brown was taken to the Marion County Jail pending a final decision on charges and an appearance in court.

56-year-old Jeffrey Skibinski of Green Street in Centralia was arrested by Central City Police for violation of an order of protection.
