A 20-year-old Salem man has been arrested by Salem Police for criminal damage to property, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of methamphetamine. Salem Police say they were initially called to the 300 block of East Lester Sunday afternoon when Wade Morlan was allegedly
trying to get into an outbuilding that he had earlier been told not to enter.
After being taken into custody for criminal damage, Morlan was allegedly found in possession of drugs when he was being patted down.
A 34-year-old Centralia man has been arrested by Clinton County Sheriff’s Deputies on an outstanding Marion County warrant in a pending residential burglary and possession of methamphetamine case. Joshua Schulte of South Walnut was transported back to the Marion County Jail where he is being held in lieu of $15,000 bond.
