A 35-year-old Centralia man has been sentenced to two-and-a-half-year prison terms for forgery and resisting/obstructing arrest.
Zachary Zeller of South Locust will serve the sentences concurrently. The forgery charge was for delivering a counterfeit $20 bill to the Centralia McDonald’s store in June 2025. The resisting/obstructing charge is for allegedly kicking a garage door down onto a Centralia Police officer’s left arm causing an injury in September 2023. The time will also be served concurrently with a Clinton County felony conviction.
Zeller will have to complete six months mandatory supervised release when getting out of prison. He was given credit for 201 days already served in the Marion and Clinton County jails.
