Salem Police have arrested 25-year-old Tony Rybacki of Indiana Street in Salem on an outstanding no bond felony failure to appear warrant. Rybacki was taken to the Marion County Jail to await an appearance in court.
49-year-old Gina Brannon of South Perrine in Centralia was arrested on an outstanding Clinton County no bond felony warrant. She was later transferred to the Clinton County Jail in Carlyle.
33-year-old Clayton Owen of East Marvin in Central City was arrested by sheriff’s deputies on an outstanding Marion County major traffic warrant. Owen was later released on a notice to appear in court.
The CN railroad has reported copper wiring has been stolen from poles along the railroad tracks from the Junction City crossing to the Red Stripe Road. A signal maintainer said the wire was stolen over the past two days.
