A 30-year-old Salem man has been arrested by Salem Police for felony stalking and misdemeanor charges of public indecency and disorderly conduct after allegedly exposing himself in front of a window of a home on North Ohio Street.
John Anderson of East Rogers was taken to the Marion County Jail to await formal charges and a first appearance in court after being identified and located by Salem Police on Sunday afternoon.
Police say they were called to the home at 8:17 Saturday night for a report of a male who had been caught looking in the windows of a residence. The homeowner advised when she review surveillance, she found that the male had been committing a sex act while looking through the window.
The male had fled before police arrived on Saturday night.
