The Nesto Hoops rankings are out for the Preseason in prep boys basketball. In 3a, Mt Zion is #4 with Mt Vernon 17, Centralia 19 and East St Louis at 21. Aaron Britton has DePaul Prep as the #1 ranked 3a team followed by Morton and Chicago Mt Carmel.
It’s a loaded local list in 2a. Peoria Manual is the top team followed by Columbia 2, Benton 3, Pinckneyville 5, Nashville 9, Althoff 11, Carlyle 14, TTown 18, Breese Central 22 and Greenville 25.
Pecatonica is the top team in 1a with Mounds Meridian and Hope Academy to follow. Waltonville is in at #5, St Anthony 7, Goreville 14, Dieterich 20 and Casey Westfield 23.
