Salem’s 6th grade team splits over the weekend. In game one, Salem beat Rome 46-25. Brody Brubaker had 12 points and 5 rebounds, Maddox LoGrasso had 10 points and 8 rebounds, Nolan Krutsinger had 7 points. Grayson Purintun added 6 points; Maxsen Tiemann and Lewis Eddy had 4 points, and Easton Keller 3 points.
In game two, Salem lost a close game to Breese 39-37. Nolan Krutsinger led with 11 points and 5 rebounds. Maddox LoGrasso had 6 points and 7 rebounds. Brody Brubaker had 5 rebounds, and Maxsen Tiemann had 10 rebounds, both scoring 5 points each. Easton Keller added 4 points, Braylon Ice, Lewis Eddy, and Grayson Purintun each had 2 points.
The 6th grade game heads to Woodlawn on Saturday to play Waltonville at 10am and Summersville at 12pm.
