The KC Blue Devils fell at 7th ranked John A Logan to open GRAC play last night 78-62. Mario McKinney had 25 for the Volunteers to lead all scorers. Traeveion Jones led KC with 18, Chauncey Hughes added 16 and Chris White put in 12. KC is 3-1 overall and 0-1 in the GRAC as they head to SWIC on Wednesday.
The Blue Angels fell to 1-3 overall and 0-1 in dropping their conference opener to the Lady Volunteers 96-79. Kyra Duncan 21pts 3rebs 4stls 3ast, Melea Lovelace 13pts 8rebs, Janiah Newell 13pts, Megan Kronk 13pts, Nyah Ford 9pts 5ast.
They also will be at SWIC on Wednesday before both teams host Wabash Valley next Monday on WJBD.
