The SC Cougars won a NTC game against Neoga at Lions Field 8-1. Trevan Sidwell went the distance allowing 5 hits and 1 earned run while striking out 6. At the plate, Colton Smith doubled and drove in 2. SC got RBI from Brody Markley, Evan Hoover, Maddux Robb and Zane Montes.
Albert’s Single Lifts Stallions Over Odin
Brayden Albert singled home a run with the game tied at 6 in the top of the sixth helping Christ Our Rock beat Odin 7-6. Evan Beal, Noah Kenley and Drew Lueking also drove in Stallion runs. Albert finished the day 2-3 with 3 runs scored. Seth Nix led Odin going 3-4 with a double and 3 RBI.
