The Salem Wildcats will be back in action tomorrow at Centralia. They are coming off a win Saturday at Roxana to open the Cahokia 7-2. The Cats surrendered the first goal to the Shells but then reeled off 7 straight. Eli Baker had another hat trick with 4 goals on the day giving up 79 for his career and 19 already this season. He is also the leading goal scorer and points guy in the state. Robbie Shober had 3 goals in a span of 6 minutes in the 2nd half to account for the rest of Salem’s goals. They are off to the best start in program history at 6-1.
The Centralia Orphans Soccer Team is in action today at Mount Vernon.
