The Salem Lady Wildcats evened their volleyball record at 1-1 with their opening home win over Flora last night 25-16, 25-10. The night opened with the freshmen improving to 2-0 with their 21-2, 21-15 victory. The JV are 1-1 with their 25-8, 25-9 victory. The Lady Cats are back in action at TTown on Thursday.
The SC Lady Cougars opened their volleyball season with a 3-set win over Ramsey 25-12, 23-25, 25-18. Lauren Johnson had 7 kills with Bailey Wodtka adding 5. The Lady Cougars were led by Mya Schaal with 12 kills. Reagan Roberts had 25 assists. The SC JV also were winners 25-23, 25-7.
