The Summersville Lady Wildcats improved to 6-1 on the season with an 18-0 road win at Bethel. The Lady Cats jumped out to an 8-0 lead after the opening inning. Extended that lead to 14-0 after 2 and scored four more in their final at bat in the 3rd.
Brynlee Page went 3-3 with 3 runs scored while celebrating her birthday as she helped Field to an 14-1 win over Rome. Field got 2 RBI from Aaliyah Beasley, Macy Canon, Kylee Holder and Brookstyn Knight. Emma Pinkston got the win going 2.1 no-hit innings striking out 6. Field is 5-2 on the season and will travel to Summersville in a marquee matchup today.
