The Wabash Valley Bass Team will be sending 5 teams to the 2024 Strike King Lure Company College Bass National Championship this week. Back on October 29th on Kinkaid Lake in the Illinois Championship, the duo of Salem grad Hunter Russell and his teammate Benny Blank weighed in 17.66 pounds on a wet and dreary day for the win. Their margin of victory was .05 pounds and was the first state championship in program history.
