A 39-year-old Kinmundy man faces new counts of aggravated domestic battery and aggravated battery following an April 1st incident at a Kinmundy home.
T.J. Schleuter of State Route 37 is charged in both counts of strangling an alleged male household member.
Schleuter was granted pretrial release provided he have no contact with the alleged victim.
A public defender was appointed to represent Schleuter.
