A 52-year-old Odin man has been ordered held without bond after being charged in Marion County Court on Friday with two counts of aggravated stalking, two counts of stalking and two counts of felony domestic battery.
David Altom faces all six of the charges following an October 22nd incident in Centralia where he is accused of causing bodily harm to a female victim by striking her left cheek with his hand after entering her home.
Police reports indicate Altom was already on probation in Marion and Clinton County in domestic battery cases involving the same victim.
The court ordered Altom held without bond pending his first appearance with counsel on October 28th. The court also revoked his pre-trial release in a pending felony criminal trespass to property case.
