A 38-year-old homeless Salem man has been charged in Marion County Court with new counts of burglary and criminal trespass to a residence in connection with allegedly entering two different Salem homes.
Timothy Finley was charged with burglary to a home in the 500 block of East Bennett on March 6th with the intent to commit a theft.
He faces a second misdemeanor charge of criminal trespass to property for entering a building in the 1200 block of West Spruce without lawful authority on March 21st the day he was arrested and taken to the Marion County Jail.
The public defender has been appointed to represent Finley.
