The Salem Country Club will be the site for today’s IHSA Girls Class 1A golf Sectionals that will include Salem’s Kenzie Anderson. Also advancing as an individual at the Marquette Regional was Christ Our Rock’s Jianna Palm. Okawville’s Chloe Kraus also moved on from Gibault. They will join teams from Marquette and Civic Memorial, Mt Carmel, St Anthony, Massac County, Zeigler Royalton, Columbia and Waterloo.
Today is also the 3a boys sectional at Pekin. That will include individuals Hayden Moore and Carter Crow from Edwardsville and Ryan Phillips & Thai Prakit of Belleville East. They will join teams from Quincy, O’Fallon, Pekin, Minooka, Lockport, Lincoln-Way Central, Orland Park Sandburg and Marist.
