The unbeaten Salem Lady Cats will open up their post season on Wednesday at Spencer T Olin Golf Course in Alton. They will compete against Marquette, Civic Memorial, Central, Mater Dei, Christ Our Rock, Centralia, Father McGivney, Greenville, Highland, Jerseyville, Odin, Roxana, Staunton and Vandalia. The winners advance to the Salem Sectional.
The Sectional will also include teams from the Mt Carmel Regional hosted at West Berwick that will include Olney and Woodlawn. Also the Gibault Regional hosted at Acorns in Waterloo including Nashville as well as the Carbondale Regional hosted at Hickory Ridge.
In 2a girls golf the Marion Regional hosted by Kokopelli will feed into the Champaign Centennial Sectional. That regional includes Mt Vernon.
