Salem Police have arrested a 46-year-old Salem man on a recently issued warrant for unlawful delivery of cannabis. There is no bond on the warrant for George Shoots of South Broadway. He was taken to the Marion County Jail to await a first court appearance on Monday. Shoots was taken into custody when spotted in a convenience store.
A 37-year-old Ina man has been arrested on a no-bond failure to appear warrant in a pending misdemeanor case. Centralia Police took Garry Metts, Junior of North Cross to the Marion County Jail to await a Monday court appearance.
A 17-year-old Centralia male juvenile has been arrested by Centralia Police for alleged aggravated battery to a school official and felony disorderly conduct. He was taken to the Madison County Juvenile Detention Center pending a first court appearance on Monday. Centralia Police have not released any details on the arrest.
