A 30-year-old man has been charged with four counts of failure to register as a sex offender.

Joshua Witkowski of South Hickory Street is accused of not registering a change of address within three days between November 23rd and January 11th this year.  A second count accuses him of failing to report he was living in a household with a child under 18 who is not his child.  He’s also charged with failure to register all of his phones.  The fourth charge claims he failed to register all of the internet sites he uses.

As part of his pre-trial release conditions, Witkowski was ordered not to have contact with anyone under the age of 18.   He’s due back in court for a preliminary hearing on February 27th.
