Illinois State Police arrested 30-year-old Joshua Witkowski of South Hickory in Centralia for violation of the sex offender registry act. He was taken to the Marion County Jail to await a decision on formal charges.
52-year-old Jason Kuberski of Nelms Street in Centralia was arrested by Centralia Police for alleged domestic battery and was taken to the Marion County Jail.
