Two Centralia women have entered negotiated pleas to drug charges in Marion County Court.
31-year-old Hailey Alcala of North Lincoln in Centralia pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia in exchange for a felony charge of possession of less than 15 grams of fentanyl being dropped. She was placed on 12 months conditional discharge, fined $750, and ordered to pay a $200 public defender fee.
A 27-year-old Centralia woman has pleaded guilty to unlawful possession of under 5 grams of methamphetamine. Angela Gruen of West 7th was placed on two years probation, given credit for time served, ordered to abstain from drugs with testing and undergo a mental health evaluation and treatment.
