The post season regional assignments have been released by the SIJHSAA. The Franklin Park Lady Bobcats will travel to Centralia Jr. High for Class L regional play starting Wednesday against Carlyle in the 2nd game of the night starting at 7pm. The first game at 5:30 will see Centralia take on Wesclin. The championship will be next Friday night at 6pm.
Also in Class L at Mt Carmel, the hosts take on Flora on Thursday followed by Olney and Carmi.
In Class M, Nashville will host Sesser on Wednesday followed by Pinckneyville and Steeleville St Marks. At Woodlawn on Wednesday it’s Breese against Odin/Patoka followed by Woodlawn and Rome.
And in Class S at Bartelso on Tuesday, Selmaville will take on Central City with the winner getting Bartelso on Wednesday. Also Tuesday, New Horizon plays Sandoval and Trinity St Mary’s will play Germantown. Those two winners will also play on Wednesday.
At Summersville on Tuesday, Raccoon will open with Opdyke-Belle Rive with the winner getting Mt Vernon St Mary’s. Summersville awaits the winner of Bethel and Spring Garden.
